This seed-funded ClimateTech startup has developed a carbon footprint AI estimator based on consumer banking/payments data, alongside verifying and intermediating purchase of carbon offsets.

After analyzing the startup's initial B2C carbon footprint AI (for potential enhancements) and comparing it to competitors, Drew advised the VP of Product and CFO to focus next efforts on B2B2C opportunities. They concurred with the analysis, and engaged Drew to analyze a B2B2C go-to-market strategy. He presented various analyses to the Head of Sales and CFO on identifying channels (institutional partners, intermediary channels, etc.), competitor activity, pitch deck content, SaaS revenue economics, etc.

Less than five months after, this client had announced B2B2C partnerships with a top cloud services provider (global) and a world-renowned bank (UK arm).
